I first discovered yoga in 2007 while living in Spain. It gave me a way way of managing anxiety, building strength and confidence, and reconnecting with my true path in life. I began teaching yoga in 2013 and am a Level 3 Forrest Yoga teacher, Yin Yoga teacher and Yoga Nidra teacher having trained with world renowned teachers Ana Forrest and Bernie Clark.
My yoga classes involve strong, safe sequencing of poses, guided breath work and skilful, sensitive hands-on assists. All designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection to your own body, mind and spirit. The feedback I consistently receive is that my style is warm, inclusive and deeply nourishing.
I continue to train and work directly with Ana Forrest and some of her senior teachers (known as the Guardians), including Heidi Sormaz, Cat Allen, Jambo Truong, Sandra Robinson. Since 2016 I have assisted at several Forrest Yoga Teacher Training programmes and workshops throughout the UK and the US.
