Kerri is a Registered Dietitian and Sports Dietitian.
She currently works within the NHS but also specialises in sports nutrition and works freelance, supporting athletic individuals and sport teams on how to optimise their nutritional intake in order to enhance their performance.
Kerri also has a passion for keeping fit and active and is also a qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
Kerri believes nutrition and exercise should be SIMPLE, AFFORDABLE and ENJOYABLE and that we all should be aiming to nourish our bodies with unprocessed, whole foods and that we should be moving our bodies daily in a way that is both fun and empowering for our mind, body and soul.
Through her expertise in nutrition and exercise, Kerri is passionate about helping everyone reach a place where they feel body confident and where their physical and mental wellbeing allows them to live life to the absolute fullest.
